Cross Stitch Exploration

My dear friend Deena Kong recently wrote a children's book! I wanted to make her a gift to celebrate this huge accomplishment so I turned her personal brand logo into a cross stitch pattern. This project was a bit of a learning process as I haven't done cross stitch since I was a child and I've never created my own pattern before.
